Happy Mother's Day!!

I had a great 1st Mother's Day. I woke up this morning and walked into the kitchen only to find my oh so amazing husband cleaning the kitchen. It was very sweet of him to do. After that, Bailey woke up and Derek got her out of bed.... Then came back into the living room with a pink and purple bag. Bailey and I opened it together... "Bailey" got me a beautiful necklace. It's made of pink sapphires and in the shape of a heart. I'm absolutely in love with my first mother's day gift.

After that, Derek decided we should go out to breakfast, instead of him making me breakfast. We went to Cracker Barrel. It was my first time going to Cracker Barrel. It was really good. We fed Bailey some biscuits and some apples. She loved them. We finished our breakfast and went home. Derek and I watched "Dead Silence." It was a pretty good movie.

For dinner, Derek "surprised" me with us going to Olive Garden. (I picked it out. But I told him to surprise me.) We ordered the usual appetizer--- Lasagna Fritta. Then we both ordered sea food alfredo. And Tiramisu to go!! Tiramisu is our favorite.

Now, we're home from dinner, relaxing. Bailey is down for a late nap, because she's exhausted. The rest of my night will be spent with the two loves of my life.
