Today is my baby's 5 month "birthday." I know before I had her I was never going to do the five month, six month crap but I can't help it. I just can't even come to grips with the fact that it's been five months since I gave birth to this angel.
On top of her being five months old, today was an AWESOME day! My husband and I got to SKYPE. It was monumental. I hope we're able to do that daily. I loved seeing and hearing him talk to Bails and she'd turn her head when she heard Daddy. (Unless she was too occupied with Yo Gabba Gabba.) It was amazing. It felt so good to hear his voice and see him. Oh how I miss my husband.
After Derek went to bed Bails napped, and I did a little bit of school work. I didn't read but a paragraph before she woke up. We've been spending time together and watching some cartoons.
I also bought The Sims 3 for my MacBook and I bought one of the extension packs. I'm going to play it a bit until it's time for Bailey's bath and bedtime bottle. Then I'm going to get back on my school work. I really need to crack down on myself. I only have until June to finish this course and it's already March. Derek will be extremely disappointed in me if I don't finish it and I really don't want that.
--- Well I finished writing this 2 and a half hours later because Bailey got a little fussy earlier. She's in bed now so I'm going to watch The Tudors and read some of my real estate book. Hopefully I can concentrate. I have a lot of other stuff on my mind and 123092342 other things I feel like doing but I need to get this corse done. Even if it's just a little at a time. I have to do this.
