Finally an update...

I haven't updated my blog in over a month.

Last month was amazing. I spent a whole month with my husband and my daughter and our families in Ohio and California. Our flight back to Pennsylvania was AWFUL. I'll skip all the awful details. Anyways, the day after we get to my mother-in-laws, we decided to go home. I drove the full nine hours. We get home and I'm exhausted. We just want to go in and go to bed.... But as soon as Derek walked into the house, we were greeted by WATER! Yep. Our house flooded. It was pretty awesome. About two weeks later, our house is finally fixed and they cleaned all of that crap up.

We are moving to Virginia in 2 months. I'm so excited. We got a house on post there, already and it is niiiiice. I can't wait to make friends with children Bailey's age.

As far as everything else, I've been struggling with my weight and anxiety. I'm going to the doctor on November 3rd to see if there is anything we can do about those two things. I really want to take care of it now. Especially my weight. You know your husband truly loves you when he puts up with your mood swings, fears, anxiety attacks, etc. I love you, Derek.

Last but not least. I'm 20 years old today. It's a pretty depressing day. If I'm lucky, my husband won't trade me in for a new-improved wife. Haha.

Cheers.

Our trip in Ohio, part one.

I haven't been able to update my blog in awhile. We're on leave! 30 days of no Fort Campbell! Once we get home, we shall begin packing for our move to Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Our time in Ohio has been fun. I drove the whole 9 hours here, which wasn't TOO bad. We spent some time with my father-in-law, brother-in-laws and their wives/kids. It was tense but turned out pretty good and fun.

Three days after we got here, Bailey started running a fever. We took her to Urgent Care and she was diagnosed with an ear infection. Her fever spiked as high as 105, after we got back from Urgent Care. It was very scary. I cried almost all night. It was comforting to have my husband here holding my hand. Bailey finally slept. Derek and I slept in her room on the floor the whole night. We broke her fever that night.

Once she started feeling better, I went on the tour of my husbands childhood. I saw his old house, schools, and stuff. I saw TONS of Amish people. It was very exciting to me. I love Amish people.

While we were sitting in the A&W Restaurant, we noticed Bailey got her first TOOTH! It is just a small little tooth on the bottom of her mouth. It was very exciting.

Yesterday, we bought some stuff for Bailey's Ohio Birthday party, which is happening tomorrow afternoon.

It's been a while...

It's been a long time since I've updated my blog. I'm trying to get back into doing it every so often.

Bailey's a walker. Not all the time, but she walks so much, then she sees something she wants and crawls to it. She'll be walking by next month, I believe. Still no teeth!! Hopefully any day one will break through!

On September 1st we're going to visit our family in Ohio. It will be really nice seeing everyone and I'm excited to go to Ohio. On the 14th we're going to California, to visit more of our family. We will be celebrating Bailey's FIRST BIRTHDAY. My god. One year old. Where did the time go??

Lets see... This time last year, I was saying goodbye to my husband and I was VERY pregnant. Time really does fly when you're having fun, I guess :-)

Mrs.Clean

Today was MEGA-Cleaning Day!!

Once Derek left at 9am for work, I started cleaning insanely. I started with laundry and did about 6 loads in all today. So I'm finally caught up on my laundry. YAY! Then I picked up, and I swept the floors. I mopped them, too. I was cleaning all day, basically. I was going to work out, but Derek got home before I could. I guess I spent enough time on my feet though, but tomorrow I'm going to work out (especially since I'm all caught up on the heavy cleaning.)

Derek and I had Turkey burgers, maccaroni and potato salad for dinner tonight. Then I made him a giant cookie. He's in love..... with the cookie, I mean. ;) Haha.

Bailey is in a big girl seat now. She still hasn't sat in it but it makes me so sad that she's in it. I can't wait to get a picture of her in her big girl seat.

That was all that happened today. Bailey and I have a Skype date with my Grandparents tomorrow and on Wednesday a Skype date with Bailey's Grandma, Aunt and Uncle. :)

I haven't wrote a blog in over a week. I'm really slacking.

Bailey is trying to walk. She will take a few steps back and forth from Derek and I. It's really cute.

Today, Bailey and I went and visited Holly. We didn't do much. We left and went to Smoothie King then brought Daddy a smoothie at work. Derek was given the okay to leave at 4 and that was cool. I was happy about that. So we went home and have been relaxing since. Bailey didn't nap at all today and she finally did from 6-7. Then went to bed at 8.

Now I'm blogging and Derek is playing a video game. I am going to find my camera this week if it's the last thing I do. Here's some pictures I took with my phone

I haven't updated in a while again. This weekend has been pretty good. We got paid and paid all the bills which is always fun, right? Not. Well on Friday we didn't do anything. We watched Insidious, which was a scary movie. Derek thought it was stupid, but I was kinda scared of it. We went to bed and watched Netflix and I fell asleep. This morning we got McDonald's for breakfast because Derek has wanted it lately. We were going to grocery shop really early this morning, but Bailey needed a nap and so did Mommy and Daddy. We finally went grocery shopping around four-ish. It wasn't too bad. We got home, ate dinner and fed Bailey, bathed her and have been sitting here since then, pretty much. We're about to go to bed.

I took a picture of Bailey next to Bowtie today.... and then compared it to a picture of her when she was a few days old. It made me sad.
